Beauchamp installed a water softener and iron/arsenic filter at my house and then a water softener and iron filter in my business. Very happy with the sales and service process by Zeke and his service installer Gary. They were both professional and easy to communicate with. Install looks very neat and everything is working as it should. Gary even went out of his way to install a new drain line just to make sure everything was going to drain properly. I highly recommend this company for both home and business owners.

Update 3/10/25 - Over time, we found that one iron filter wasn't sufficient, as when the original was out/recharging, iron was getting through. I trust Beauchamp and went back to them to add a second iron filter and whole home reverse osmosis system to fully scrub the water. Phil and Gary had their hands full with the install (a lot of gear in a small space) but managed it fantastically. I now have the best water money can buy! Showers feel great, laundry is cleaner, everything just sparkles! Original: My water in South Lyon has a ton of iron in it and was staining everything it touched and smelled like sulfur. Beauchamp came out, assessed my system, and recommended an iron filter. Everything else, they informed me, was running fine and didn't need to be replaced. They had the iron filter in place the next day, and my water is clear, odorless, and NO MORE STAINS! Super nice people to deal with from sales to installation. Thanks Beauchamp.

Very happy with the service provided by Beauchamp! We did the water softener and the reverse osmosis system. Zeke Torres did an awesome job explaining everything to me at the consultation. He listened to what I wanted and gave me options to fit those needs. I had some questions after the installation was complete and contacted Zeke. He was quick in his response and went above and beyond in coming up with a solution to our questions. The technicians that we worked with were very friendly during installation. Phil Wenzel was awesome. He was super friendly, made sure I was satisfied with the work he did, and made sure I understood how everything worked before leaving. I’m so glad I went with Beauchamp and would highly recommend their services. We noticed a difference in our water right away. We had to have our water system replaced as it was about 11 years old, and after talking to a couple of places, we chose Beauchamp's. Gary Tobin did an excellent job taking apart the old system and replacing it with a new tank, reconnecting a new line, and also installing a new sump pump. It was a big job, but Gary Tobin did a great job! He was very professional and took the time to explain our new system and did a good job in cleaning up. We were very pleased with his work. I had a water softener and reverse osmosis installed in November. I LOVE my water now better than anything I could buy. Scott came out and went over my water test and options. A week later Gary came and had it hooked up and I was in business. Would highly recommend. The only thing I would change is the chrome faucet for the RO system; my kitchen is matte black but still would recommend 100%.

Gary the technician arrived a bit early after a phone call to ensure it was okay. He replaced our water conditioner and rust filter quickly and he left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Gary was professional and personable during the installation, explaining how the system works and answered all of my questions. Once the install was complete, he reviewed how it was set up to operate. Prior to leaving he tested our water and proved they were working properly. Gary told me to call with any questions or if any problems should arise. I truly appreciated his work ethic and his meticulous approach.

The entire process of buying and installing a tankless hot water heater was top-notch. Everything went very smoothly and I was treated with utmost respect and politeness. Both Dustin and David were very personable and friendly. Dustin gladly and patiently answered the million questions and concerns that I had about the system. During the installation, David was very careful with everything in my home as he moved around the space where the installation took place. He also answered my questions gladly and patiently. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up better than I expected and took care that everything was back in its place; Dustin explained how it all worked and made sure everything was adjusted properly. Had an issue with our 4-year-old system from another company. Zeke came on the 26th and explained renting/buying. Decided buying was best. On the 30th, Steve came out to install. Was terrific, explained things as he was working, and answered all my many questions. Husband got home in time to go over the softener and iron machine. Zeke and Steve were very nice, patient with all the questions, and professional. Took all the old equipment to dispose of. Great people to deal with. Zeke Torres was our salesman and was very professional and knowledgeable. After testing our water and offering us several different options that Beauchamp's offers, I was still trying to extend the life of our current system. Zeke followed up his sales call with a very friendly text asking if we had any questions on the several options he made available to us. After a couple of phone calls and text messages, we placed our order and Zeke offered us several payment options to save us some money. Gary Tobin was our Installation Technician and was not only friendly but very well-versed with the products. Several times during the installation process I had questions that Gary answered without hesitation. Upon completion, Gary explained to my wife and me the workings of the softener, the carbon block filter, and the RO system, and when to change the filters. Bottom line, I have to thank my son-in-law for suggesting Beauchamp, offer my thanks to Kim who answered my questions and concerns from the Waterford showroom and to both Zeke and Gary.
